Everything families need to know before choosing a Modz Learning Lab.

Each lab includes a recommended age range and a detailed description of the experience. Choose the class that best matches your child’s age, interests, and current comfort level. If you are unsure, contact us—we are happy to help you find the right fit.

No. While many Modz Learning Labs are scheduled with homeschool families in mind, children from all educational backgrounds are welcome when the class schedule works for their family.

Yes. All materials needed for the scheduled activities are included in the class price. If a particular class requires anything additional, families will be notified in advance.

Modz Learning Labs are intentionally kept small so children receive meaningful guidance, have opportunities to participate, and feel comfortable sharing their ideas. Each lab has a registration limit based on the optimal number of students based on curriculum and age.

Modz Learning Labs encourage children to grow as confident, independent learners. However, we understand that every child and family has different comfort levels. If you or your child would feel more comfortable with you staying in the room, you are always welcome to do so.

Because materials, classroom spaces, and activities are prepared in advance, missed classes are not refundable or transferable. Please contact us if an unexpected situation arises, and we will help whenever possible.

We want every child to have a positive and successful experience. Please contact us before registering to share any accommodations, sensory considerations, communication needs, or other support that may help your child participate comfortably. This allows us to determine whether the selected lab is an appropriate fit and prepare thoughtfully.

Families can either pay in full or reserve their child’s spot with a 40% deposit. When the payment plan is selected, the remaining balance is divided into two equal payments. The complete payment schedule is shown during registration.
